Terms of use
The terms that apply when you use this site. Effective October 27, 2026.
Using this site
Home Services Calgary publishes general information about home services in Calgary. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Estimates are not quotes
Price ranges on this site are Calgary market estimates for budgeting. They are not quotes, offers or price guarantees. The price of your job depends on your home, the scope of the work, materials, access, timing and the provider you hire, and can fall outside the ranges shown.
General information only
The guides are written for general information. They are not professional, engineering, legal or safety advice for your particular situation. Before acting on anything here, check it with a qualified professional and with any rules — such as permits or bylaws — that apply to your property.
Quote requests
If you send a quote request, Home Services Calgary passes it to a local service provider, which may be a company we operate. Any agreement for work is between you and that provider. Home Services Calgary does not carry out the work and is not a party to that agreement. How we handle the information you send is described in the privacy policy.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep the information current and correct it when we find errors, but we cannot promise that everything on the site is complete, accurate or up to date at all times, or that the site will always be available.
Links to other websites
Guides link to outside sources such as government and industry bodies. Those sites are run by others; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Home Services Calgary is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content.
Content
The text and design of this site belong to Home Services Calgary. You may share links to any page, and quote short passages with a link back to the source.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version and its effective date are always on this page.
